For over 25 years owner Gabriel Mirabal has built custom homes with the homeowners vision in mind. Each homes is designed to fit the lifestyle of our clients while maximizing the views and terrain of each unique building site.

Building Site Selection
Whether you already own your lot, or wish to purchase one of our available lots, you should define the construction site before beginning preliminary design. Design elements such as house orientation, room layout and potential views are almost always site-specific. If you own an undeveloped lot, there may be other issues to address, such as grading and drainage.
Design Meetings With the Builder
The preliminary design process consists of a series of meetings with Gabe to creatively work out every design concern. A preliminary floor plan will be prepared after the first design meeting. Subsequent meetings will take the home design from a rough idea to a refined and unique plan. As the design of your new home takes shape, the plans will undergo numerous revisions, until the home you have only imagined is finally captured on paper.
A Project-specific Proposal is Prepared
When you are satisfied that the preliminary design of your home is complete, the plans are submitted to suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing. Only high quality materials and the best tradesmen are considered when preparing a proposal. Gabe will meet with you, providing you with a detailed proposal based on your home's unique plan and specific features.
